Stuart Lody

Stuart specialises in cases involving organised crime, child abuse and serious sexual offences. He has gained a reputation for his sensitive handling of vulnerable and child witnesses, as well as an ability to deal with more demanding clients. He initially qualified as a solicitor before being called to the Bar in 1991. This background has allowed him to draw upon a wide knowledge of the legal system whilst dealing with a great variety of cases within his practice, from a 13 year old charged with rape, prosecutions of cases in which the victims had suffered catastrophic brain injuries to a more unusual sexual assault case in which DNA tests were complicated because the Defendant was alleged to be azoospermic.
