Elisabeth Evans

Elisabeth was called to the Bar in 2012 and joined Chambers this July, following a relocation from London.

Her practice encompasses defence and prosecution cases in a broad spectrum of offences, including drug offences, sexual offences and road traffic offences.

Elisabeth also receives instructions in relation to food and hygiene regulation offences, Housing Act matters and illegal street trading cases.

She is also regularly instructed by the Serious Fraud Office, having previously assisted with the LIBOR and Foreign Exchange Market investigation.

Family Arbitration

Patrick Bowe is Chambers' first qualified family arbitrator, in addition to being a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators.

The scope of the family arbitration schemes is wide and is now increasingly used as an option for dispute resolution in matrimonial finance, co-habitation property and private law children act disputes. Read more about Patrick
